Terms of Service
Effective date: 20 July 2026
These Terms govern use of tenderfamilytime.mom and bookings with Softwheel Studio, Bergsgatan 31, 214 22 Malmö, Sweden.
1. Services
We offer ceramics courses, try sessions, open studio places and related studio services. Course descriptions, prices (SEK) and dates on the site are indicative until booking is confirmed in writing or by email.
2. Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed when we send confirmation and payment instructions are met. Prices include VAT where applicable under Swedish law. Payment methods are stated at booking.
3. Cancellation
- Cancel 7+ days before a course: full refund minus any non-recoverable costs we disclose
- Cancel 3–6 days before: 50% credit toward a future course
- Less than 72 hours or no-show: no refund
If we cancel a course, you may transfer to another date or receive a full refund.
4. Studio rules
Follow instructor guidance, wear closed shoes, and respect shared tools and kiln schedules. We may refuse service if safety rules are ignored.
5. Finished work
Clay is unpredictable. We fire carefully but cannot guarantee every piece survives the kiln. Course fees cover materials and firings as described; remakes are at our discretion.
6. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be limited under Swedish law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.
7. Intellectual property
Website content and Softwheel branding remain our property. You keep ownership of the ceramic pieces you make.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes are subject to the courts of Sweden, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
